The accommodation is two bedroom however we will be limiting the guests to two people as we feel that the space is much more enjoyable with just two guests.

• Food & Drink - Fully fitted kitchen capable of cooking a Christmas feast, if that does not interest you there are plenty of amenities within walking distance, from Pubs, Restaurants and takeaways.

• Country Walks -if you like to get immersed with nature there are plenty of beautiful country walks within minutes.

• Bathroom - One bathroom with large walk-in shower and oversized vanity basin.

• Bedrooms - Two Bedrooms both with Kingsize bed.

• Accessibility - The servants quarters is located on the first floor and is accessed via stairs within the courtyard.

• Accommodation - The cottage serves 2 persons maximum, no extra beds/rollaways are available.

• Gardens - Unrestricted access to Caretakers and Servants Courtyards. Access to further Gardens seasonal dependant and subject to on going works programme.

• Amenities - Use of courtyard and seating areas within.

• Parking - On-site parking for one vehicle (further parking upon request and subject to availability)

• Need to Know - No Smoking on Premises, No Pets allowed within the Servants Quarters
