The cottage is located on the ground floor currently accessed through the servants courtyard with the bedroom looking onto the courtyard and the living room and kitchen space looking towards the high street. Access is through the nearby black gates and there is parking facility within the Caretakers Courtyard for 1 car (further space available upon request). The quarters are accessed straight through to the servants courtyard.
