Before we purchased My Tiny Estate™ we completed a number of other projects, nothing in comparison to the project we have taken on but has given us a lot of experience to tackle this new venture….

This was the first house we renovated together….
Maybe one of the most relatable properties in England that we have renovated. Hundred’s of thousands of this house type were constructed in the 1950’s. You know the type, 3 bed semi-detached house with the third bedroom barely resembling a room large enough for a bed. A lovely bay fronted property serving the lounge and one of the upper bedrooms.

The forever home that turned out not to be….
We renovated this home from a bare empty shell and its overgrown surrounding land. We converted it into a home designed for two and no more. With walk in closets, large bathrooms and all of which overlooking the beautiful field it connected, it was a dream location. Its just unfortunate we got a bit bored and wanted something new!

Our retreat in the heart of Malaga City..
The historic five bedroom apartment in the heart of the city. Dating back to the 1900’s with its original mosaic floors (or suelo hydraulico as the Spanish call it). We fully refurbished the apartment albeit into 3 beautiful bedrooms rather than five measly ones!

As well as the above we have worked on other projects…
When people know you can do stuff you get asked a lot to help out, so we have worked on projects for family as well. As well as living in three other houses to the above that we refurbished.
